      Tenders will be submitted in 2 envelopes, the first includes the documents related to qualification and competence of the bidders. The latter envelope includes the price for fulfilling the contract.

      The tender conference will be held at the office of the Icelandic Road and Coastal Administration in Borgartún 5-7 in Reykjavík.

      The tenders will be opened in 2 stages. The former opening is on the 19.7.2016 — 14:15.

      The latter opening will be on the 26.7.2016 — 14:15 where the envelope including the price for fulfilling the contract will be opened, only the qualified bidders will be opened.
