        This Invitation to Tender is for an incident management system for the Purchaser and users from hospitals and other health care institutions and/or affiliations to the Purchaser. The system SHALL be suitable for and support the medical services and the clinical and technical environment at Purchaser. This system, is intended to improve incident registration, management, reporting and play a pivotal role in improving l workflow, support quality control, enable necessary calculation and decision support and thus leading to a higher quality of patient care and increased patient safety.
