         Nýr Landspítali ohf. (NLSH) requests tenders for the job “New Landspítali Hospital at Hringbraut — Earthworks for Treatment Centre, Roads and Utilities – Stage 1“.

         The job is part of the Hringbraut Project, a new Landspítali Hospital at Hringbraut, in accordance with Act No. 64/2010, and includes:

         — removing the current surface of roads, walking paths, parking spaces and green areas,

         — constructing new roads, parking spaces and walking paths plus finishing work on site,

         — all earthworks for the treatment centre and potential underground parking east of the centre,

         — construction of connecting tunnels and supporting walls,

         — construction of underpass at Snorrabraut (collaboration between NLSH ohf. and the City of Reykjavík),

         — construction of temporary parking spaces,

         — all utilities work at the site, including changes to distribution systems due to work on the treatment centre.
